The bill won’t open.

Many more food than just a plate of roast potatoes.

To do this, you will have to add some costs for oil, frying pan, other ingredients (e.g. onions), because you also have to buy them sometime.

In addition, it would be totally unhealthy to feed only potatoes for a longer time, as many important nutrients are missing. You can only notice this after a few months, but the organs are possibly already so damaged that you can die or stay sick for a lifetime. For as long as the body pulls everything out of the body and its reserves, what it needs until the organs are attacked and gradually fail.

No, you can’t. Take a massive nutrient deficiency, paired with too little calories and your body would be massively at the limit to keep you alive. Because even for that, he would miss everything.

Aside from this, roast potatoes are still much more ingredients like potatoes. Something good oil, onions, bacon (or speckerset) is already pure and you are definitely over 1.63 euros.

Apart from that this would be very small portions. Now, a few days ago, even made roast potatoes and consumed some over 1 kilo of potatoes (+ some onions and spkers) and it just got out 2.5 reasonable portions.

Of course you live your body is not healthy with it. And the effects of malnutrition, as well as a massive malnutrition, you do not notice immediately but only in a few years. At the latest when you fall out your hair, your nails become brittle, you get heart rhythm disorders etc then you will notice it but then it’s too late.

Just wondering how long

HikoKuraiko

Right. Because the effects of this occur only months to years later and then it is too late for years of malnutrition you can no longer compensate. at least not so easy and then only, with medical help and a rigorous conversion of the entire life

1 kg / 7 days = 143 g / day.

Bratkartoffeln = 117 kcal / 100g corresponds to 143g = 167 kcal.

Little for the day.

Chris00012012

That’s good, of course, but I would still change at least every third day

That’s a mistake. A plate of potatoes is just a meal. However, you need 3 meals a day. The stove also needs energy.

So it will cost significantly more than €1.63.

Then go to the clinic

HansWurst45

almost right, but besides that this is a little one-sided and boring, you also need onions, oil and, if necessary, some bacon and 166 grams of potatoes for frying potatoes, not the 1500 to 2000 kcal, which you need daily as an energy supply to maintain your body weight and your health.

Recree with 2000-3000 calories of energy you need a day. Cover with 1500 calories the majority of their basic turnover, but definitely not their total turnover. But otherwise you are completely right with your answer

By definition, the basic conversion already includes all activities of a non-intensive movement pattern. But basically genomes, this setting doesn’t matter if 2000 or 3000 target versus 200 or 300

if you mean!

HikoKuraiko

Wrong point of basic turnover is what your body needs in the coma with absolute inability to move, what you mean is total turnover and there are already all normal everyday movements in it. and depending on the person it is about 2000-3000 calories. 1500 calories may have a child of 3 years but definitely no one in puberty dog he has already grown up. Apart from the person, it may be only one metre tall and therefore small-size, and this is more likely to affect the majority of people.

So it’s more like if you had money problems, you’ve seen the psychology of nutrition, you know that it’s the biggest bullshit! But it’s possible.

My tip Save on other things the money just as a student. For example, you definitely don’t need the latest iPhone and Vapes, for example, you could also leave!

However, it is very one-sided and balanced.

That’s too bad. Potatoes have about 700 kcl per KG, so you need about 2 KG potatoes. Add an egg, an onion and 4 El oil. Then you come to about 2000 kcal and have covered important amino acids.

net has zZ 7,5 KG potatoes +1,5 KG onions for 7.50, of which you need about 2 per week. €15.

10 eggs 2,5€

1 l oil 2€

per week about 19 €, per day about 2.8

If you take apples [1.5 € Kg], carrots [1.5 €kg] 2x oat flakes per 80 cent and 2 liters of milk per 120 cent, you are almost well fed. 26 € per week. :

Go on, buy some more quarters and some extra vegetables. Then you can vary a little.

No, there is malnutrition.

But even in a week you already have a massive nutrient deficiency and, above all, massive calorie deficiency so that your body is not able to keep you reasonably alive in the week because it gets too little from everything

HikoKuraiko

And yet you’ve demonstrably hurt your body. Because it was definitely not healthy.

A whole week?

I can’t imagine.
