Is this a scam on Kleinanzeigen.de?
Hi, I currently have a PS4 for sale. Someone from Austria contacted me and said he can't use the "secure payment" feature of classified ads because postal codes in Austria always have four digits and the system doesn't accept that. Instead, he suggests paying me the whole thing via PayPal, but then as goods and services.
Is this a new scam? Does he perhaps want to claim that the package didn't contain the right item? Or somehow force me to take the package back, but instead of the PS4, put something else in it that weighs the same? (They've all been done before.)
Or am I also protected by PayPal as a seller? I would record on video that the console is working, and I would put this working console in the package and attach the shipping label. Then the buyer can't simply claim I sent the wrong or defective item, right?
