Tumor is actually just swelling. Behind it, a ulcer can be suspected.

In fact, you see one on your outer ankle. Probably this is a ganglion, which is a thickening of the tendon lobe at the approach of the calf muscle. This is a result of your injury.

Tumor is swelling. So, yes.
If you mean cancer, then: no. Cancer does not remain unchanged for two years.

Just because one foot looks different than the other, or because one hand looks different than the other, there must be no tumor guilt.

A tumor normally does not arise as part of a foot injury.

You know what a ganglion is?

Tumor means swelling or bulging. What is below can be a benign (cyst) or malignant ulcer (cancer).

Nee, the bump has been there for two years. And this is usually not the case with a tumor that it does not change.
