Then simply stretch under the shower and if this is not enough a cortisone ointment?!

There is only a freelance cortisone ointment in Germany – namely hydrocortisone, which you can buy under different names up to a concentration of 0.5% (Ebenolcreme, Hydrocortisone-HEXAL and others)

But this is also enough to eliminate constriction. :

A stretch and ointment therapy works best together, i.e. you are not only wearing the ointment on your foreskin daily, but also withdraw it regularly. :

The cortisone ointment suggests after about 1 week already, after 4-5 weeks the constriction may be history – depending on how strong the cortisone works with you, sometimes it also takes a bit longer.

A front skin should be slack or stiff to always be painless to pull back. It’s best to let you explain this to your doctor.

Yeah, that’s a problem. The problem is called phimosis. You should go to the doctor and get a cortisone ointment.

Hello again,

If you can push them back, even though it hurts, it’s okay with you. You just have to do it a little more often, then the foreskin stretches by itself.

And if that doesn’t work, you need to get a Cortisone ointment from the pharmacy.

It may be that you suffer from a slight form of pimosis. If it hurts too much then ointments can help your doctor tell you.

If it can be tolerated with masturbation or with manual manoeuvres try to improve this so to stretch the fore skin. I.e. more often masturbate carefully so that the foreskin stretches without it hurts.

That’s probably a phimosis, so it’s a preskin displacement. You should treat it. Probably enough to stretch her. Just let the Andrologist or Urologist advise you.
