It is between okay and thick (tent okay). Maybe a little sport or healthy diet.

Because you’re insecure, I’d rather say it’s okay, but maybe you should take a little off. It is also healthier for your body.

Pass. This isn’t thick but not really thin. Many men (I also) like a little bit of a spicy or generally a little thicker than thin or slim.

Edited: but if you don’t like go to the gym

Your muscles are just a little sleepy. If you do ground exercises daily, you can improve a lot.

A vibrating measure of sporting activity / abdominal muscle training would certainly not hurt you.

Okay, that’s so bad.

Belly fat is imemr in relation to other two body regions in women whether it looks “good”.

Really? Even if you weigh 170kg?

For the first time. Of course, a disease can be present, but to say any body is not okay, is just one: Bodyshaming!

Well, stay in your mind. By the way, I work with people who have down syndrome and are overweight because it is a symptom of disability! They come NIE into a defined normal weight, even if they are sickly starving and excessively doing sports.

So, for me, it makes no sense to discuss here. We both are stuck in our opinion and are not willing to join each other.

Even the refusal to assume that one is overweight when one weighs 100 kilos as average prices shows for me that nothing more productive can arise here.

A nice Friday night and a nice weekend.

An average sized person is too heavy with 100 kilograms. So easy. You see it.

But also because sometime a normal weight has been defined! What if the defined normal weight was between 90 kg & 110 kg?

And you cannot always see defined overweight! Or could you look at a 1.65 meter tall person that she is too heavy because she weighs 71 kg instead of the maximum permitted 68.1 kg according to definition?

This is sad and, unfortunately, also true, but does not change the fact that one should not judge strong overweight positively, just as strong underweight.

And yet the sad truth is that underweight is considered super great and thereby Meschen, which in the defined normal weight are already perceived as fat! As a result, people who are actually in defined overweight are perceived to be even thicker and are thus the total goal for Bodyshaming & Co.

My buddy is completely in the defined normal range with over 2 meters and 101 kilos – so it cannot be said!

So why does it just have to be clear to you? Or otherwise argues: I currently have 71kg at 1.65 meters. By definition, I am already in obesity, but you do not see these 4 kilos!

And why is my former fellow student (also 1.65 meters) praised that she is so thin, even though she is magessed and with 50 kg defined underweight?

Can you really take yourself seriously now? You see if someone is unhealthy overweight. Yes, your friend with 2m and 100kg is normal, but he is also above average. An average sized person is too heavy with 100 kilograms. So easy. You see it.

The society judges on underweight but equally positive. This also distorts (and probably even more) the body weight.

I was compared at school with the abovementioned pupil. I was too thick (at that time in the defined normal weight) and my fellow student was so thin (at that time because of the mager addiction in the defined underweight). This led to me also threatened to slip into a eating disorder and by the Jojo effect I became overweight by definition…

You just have to realize that more than 100 kilos are not normal. You can see that something is wrong.

The problem is: Who has defined what is normal and what is unnormal (no matter whether up or down)?

You just have to realize that more than 100 kilos are not normal. You can see that something is wrong.

And how does the weight go away if it does not go through healthy diet & sports?

Healthy diet is not a guarantee for a slim figure, you can also increase with vegetables. Calories make no difference between healthy or healthy. If you have an excess of calories, you increase.

And leads to the fact that you weigh more than others – even if you don’t want it yourself and fight it with all means.

For this, I have not dealt with metabolic diseases. I can only say that I know some in my gym that have a metabolic disorder but are not fat (maybe here and there a kilo too much, but that is not bad).

I just want to say that it’s bad to judge overweight positively, because that can lead to distortion from your own body image.

A metabolic disorder is of course bad.

And leads to the fact that you weigh more than others – even if you don’t want it yourself and fight it with all means.

Being obese is simply not healthy and you shouldn’t talk well.

There must be weight away,

I didn’t say Dick was gonna be unhealthy.

A metabolic disorder is of course bad.

But still, 100 kilos (I now go from a size of 170cm) is easy to support and not. There must be weight away because it is simply unhealthy for the body. This can go from discs and back problems to a cardiovascular disease.

Being obese is simply not healthy and you shouldn’t talk well. Not insulting, but not supporting.

Yes! Being Dick doesn’t mean living unhealthy!

I have a colleague who has 100 kilos, but lives to 90% of fruit & vegetables from her own garden, walks at least 3x a week to the gym and creates her 10,000 steps alone in 8 hours work. By normalo definition, she is fat, but she does absolutely healthy!

Oh and by the way: also a disease, for example a metabolic disorder, can cause you to weigh more.

Good. Insulting people for weight is the bottom drawer.

But would you say to a person with 170kg that it’s okay to be so thick?
