With bread, you don’t care what covering.

With jam and cheese, you’ll take it.

Rice and chicken liver (frozen 500g – at least 12 hours) with onion.

Cook rice.

3 onions dice and fry.

Add the liver with salt and add fried onions – pour with water and simmer. After 30 min. connect with sosenbinder.

Serve.

Chickens with rice, peas/tubes, champions and campigonsose.

Cook chicken legs in slightly salted water, then remove the bones and cut small.

Cook rice with some salt.

Small can with peas and carrots and small cans of champions pour and use this water for preparation of

there is extra water needed.

put everything in a pot and warm it again briefly.

You can also eat it on 2 days when you store it in the refrigerator.

Heating is also possible in the microwave.

So I’m sure I’d lose it defenitively, even pretty fast, but that’s a little different for everyone. Sounds great, but even that you eat over the day, you don’t get cravings so fast.

Yes then I would advise you to eat more that is a clear sign that the amount is too little. This is also neither healthy nor long-term and at some point your body thinks it will not get enough food and your metabolism will slow down. You can’t lose weight. So it’s better to decrease with a smaller deficit in small steps.

I’d rather say… Breakfast normal with all of it.. At noon what you want, but now also not just a haxn or similar fat, because you want to lose… So you are eaten “full”. In the evening from 6:00 p.m., I would not eat and drink more, especially cold water, that helps against the feeling of hunger

Too many carbohydrates. This keeps the body active from fat burning.

Try two meals, the first goes with carbohydrates, the second best without. And let Margarine be completely, butter or fresh cheese is much healthier.

If you have too much fat on the ribs, then there is the problem. If you’re leaner, you should eat more.

But if you stop the body from burning fat, you certainly have no energy. But if you are consciously taking saturated fatty acids to you (egg, bacon, butter) and completely on carbohydrates, your body comes into fat burning and draws its energy from the fat deposits.

It doesn’t matter at all. It’s just important to be in a calorie deficit. You can also take off healthy without having to give up! That’s how people get into disorders, so…

If you’ve been busy with the ketogenic diet, that means at least a few weeks, you can write a comment again.

I have some years of experience with Keto and can say with certainty that this is the way out of eating disorders. And that you can take off excellently and without abandonment.

As soon as the food is restricted, you can already trigger an ES. What I can tell you is that statements like “let carbohydrates and margarine away etc.” have only triggered my bulimia and end up in a circle of binge & restrict. It’s nice that Keto worked for you – but you can also, without forbiding food, lose healthy weight and keep the weight better later.

As long as you are in a calorie deficit of 300-500 calories you can eat what you want

if you bring even more movement into your altar it should not be a problem
