Du musst halt lernen, diese Mischgetränke zu unterscheiden und sie selber herzustellen. Du musst das dann so gut können, dass Du nicht mehr nachschauen musst, wenn ein Cocktail bestellt wird.
Und: Du musst die ganze Zeit hinter der Bar stehen! Das kann auch auf den Rücken gehen.
