In the case of normal metering, no serious physical damage should occur in addition to a possible dependency. The active ingredients are degraded by the liver, therefore caution in higher alcohol consumption and paracetamol.

“Benzos” is very non-specific. There are many different benzodiazepines that differ more or less in their positive and negative effects.

You can find general information here:

This depends on the person. Some are not/not so very susceptible to benzodiazepine addiction but rather susceptible to zb an opioid addiction. From my experience(1 temazepam withdrawal plus all overdoses and experiences from friends) I can only say that it is not worth it. The turn is rather boring sleep is quite cool but it is not worth it. Massive body damage and very bad for the psyche.

What a statement.

You prefer to dispense with a drug to protect yourself from the side effects, but take the damage to which a disease can cause.
