Ist Ballett ein Sport?

Hi

Hi dear 333Girl333 🙂

Of course, ballet is also sports. Perhaps in a somewhat different form than other sports such as football, handball etc., but everyone who has danced ballet once knows how exhausting and demanding this can be just because it needs a lot of work and discipline as you say. The same applies, of course, to dancing even if you make it a bit more professional – keyword: dance sports.

So I’m definitely on your side as regards ballet and sport 🙂

For all who say it is not exhausting, they should try it themselves. It is in dance, as well as ballet, acrobatics/artistics and co so that you can make it look easy because you can do it well through years of training – and because you learn about time to smile away the effort and sometimes also pain.

But there are also sports that you might rather recognize. Take some video of a trained Calisthenics athlet, with a smile on the face, and as if gravity was turned off, into a human flag or a front lever – check it out. Don’t you? Then just make a simple move. Don’t you? Hm…

And now we’re gonna do this with ballet – to put the spider on top shoes, I think it’s body injury that would break the haxes. But, like an hour, it’s just clean, really clean. No, don’t stretch out the Po, that’s not a squat. Clamping the belly, Po in, hip forward… that’ll be fun – and the next day the belly muscles burn. No one’s mocking. And that was the beginning.

Now we’re gonna do some word-belief… eSports or chess is also a sport because you are competing. In ball sports, in the gymnastics and so on, you can compete against each other. In combat systems, we distinguish between martial sports (with competitions, such as boxes, judo and so) and martial art (without competitions, such as Jiu Jitsu, Ninjutsu and so). In the ballet there are performances and much internal competition, but are there ballet reviews like in the art tournaments? If no, it is not competition sports or short sports, but still very sporty. Okay, but that’s vocabulary, of course it’s a sport.

Naturallyhhh haha, in my opinion, is one of the most difficult because it is not easy to balance its entire body weight on toes and make spins.

Heyy,

absolutely, ballet is often considered a form of sport. Although ballet has aesthetic and artistic elements, it also requires considerable physical effort, strength, flexibility and stamina. Dancers in the ballet must go through intensive training regimes to develop and build their skills.

peace out, Steffi

Yes I have also danced very well ballet for 10 years and therefore it is of course sports. It includes a lot of work and discipline

It’s quite sporty and exhausting. In contrast to football, it is listed on the theatre stage and not in the stadium.

Yes Ballet is 100% a sport. People who say that’s not a sport talking nonsense, or they just don’t know.

Of course it’s a sport. A profession, a hobby, a passion.

Dancers who make it professional even think that what it requires would have transformed them as people.

I can confirm. I didn’t dance a ballet, but for this, I did Streetdance in the club for four years. You can take me out of the dance club, but not dancing out of me

I believe that ballet is at the same time sport and art, which makes it even harder and more impressive!

You’re moving. In itself, everything is a sport where you move your body. The British even call things sports where you don’t even move your own body!

Look how you look at it right. It doesn’t have to be wrong. You don’t have to fight. Those people are not worth it.

Ballet is at least very sporty and can therefore be rated as sports if necessary. but as an artistic representation
