You’re not in the same department for 3 years and you’re learning different.

But, of course, there are training companies that really exploit: unpaid overtime and/or only auxiliary work for trainees. Problem: the IHK is watching without action.

It always depends on training. There are also trainings, you need the 3 years to be really sure in what you do every day.

There is a lot more to it from a commercial perspective: shopping, storage, sales, personal basics, accounting, etc.

Of course, if you don’t have any interest in training, it could take five years and you don’t learn anything.
