Renovation is always cheaper!!!!

You don’t go to the substance for renovation.

SANIEREN, on the other hand, can become significantly more expensive.

For example, I looked at a house that unfortunately only had stock protection. I couldn’t have ripped off and rebuilt. The house was extremely refurbished, attic chair vermin (probably wooden bock), rising humidity, everything on electric had to be refurbished, chimneys refurbished, water pipes and I don’t know what else. I’ve taken away from it, like many other interested people. That was a number too big for me. If a break and new building had been possible for emergency, I would have offered up to a certain limit. House in the middle of the forest MIT forest, that had really something, but the renovation for MICH could not be calculated. And all that the previous owner has made to RENOVATIONS would have to be torn away to get to the substance. He had really designed individual rooms with fascinations….., but what does it take when the wooden bock was lying behind it? Really a number too big for me.

Now I landed in an estate, where there is a lot of real outdated, I had to refurbish a roof to get the building. But everything was halfway manageable, the substance is fine, even if everywhere the plaster is crumbling (Putz is overrated) I am satisfied, even if there is a lot of negative, e.g. B. I suddenly get no more gas, I couldn’t expect that! But if you’re not a long beggar, not SOOO bad. I’m about to talk about the old kittens that I can continue to operate as historical ovens. And they’re a little worse than I’m guessing when buying.

My house is dry, cozy, not in need of SANATION, in my opinion : not even needing RENOVATION, only a little outdated:

Roof chair full in dressing(but after the purchase all roofs have been repaired, only one SANIEREN), no rising moisture, water, electricity….. everything works and has been refurbished before my purchase, my daughter disturb the overputting power lines, but was last cheaper, fit to such an old house- I’m not disturbing them, everything modern with FI switches and everything that belongs to them.

It can be cheaper than refurbishing, it depends on what needs to be done.

But I would say a renovation would actually have to be more cost-effective than a demolition.

This depends on what you want to renovate

With certain low-grade buildings, of course.

Not usually

On such a general question, I only see a realistic answer. “It depends on the circumstances!”
