I’d say it’s not healthy. There are so many sweeteners inside, and milk powder to such a high degree that it is an absolutely highly processed food – that can no longer be healthy.

Better get back to natural protein sources and limit your consumption of protein shakes to 1 – max 2 pieces a day! Or make yourself made protein shakes, with oat flakes, for example.

No problem, is also only dried milk with significantly better nutrient values.
