Isolation because of crying?
Hey guys, I used to get into a lot of trouble when I cried, especially because I often had to be alone and was excluded from my family. Sometimes for days.
Even when I saw my brother in the hospital after his surgery, they yelled at me in the street, telling me how ungrateful I was and how I dared to cry and make such a drama out of everything. They didn't speak to me for three days. I was always very afraid of my parents.
I haven't been the same since. I'm also in therapy, but I wanted to know if anyone else feels the same way. A woman whose feelings were simply forbidden.
It’s not nice how people treated you. Vllt you ignore her and live your life as before or try it. I don’t know what else you could do. I’ve learned that if people don’t like how you are, you stop showing true feelings and be happy with people you feel comfortable.
(I don’t know, I’m sorry. If you want to talk, you could do it with me. If you like. And let your feelings out)
But it helps me very much that someone takes the subject for full. Thank you for your words!
Always happy
