Isn't meat too cheap?

What do you think? Well, I have to say, of course I'm complaining that 1 kg of minced meat costs 13 euros, but when you think about it, it's actually quite cheap. You can get half a pork loin for 8 euros, or a chicken for 2.40 euros per kg. And that's shocking again. What do you think? And what's the maximum you would pay with your own, for example?

If meat is cheaper than bread, you know that something goes wrong…

We don’t buy too much meat, but if, then usually in organic quality. That’s something to cost. We’d rather save in other places.

We do not drive expensive cars, have a quite modest apartment, do not need brand clothes, mobile phones for 200 € are great, and so on and so on.

The last two things we would save are vacation and food. We are not excessively demanding, but we enjoy a certain quality.

Yeah, and then in poor quality.

In the meantime, there are people who can’t eat meat because they don’t have the money.

We also have less meat because it is too expensive for me now.

I’ve never chosen.

This is also better for the “used” animals!

The Greens want to remove the meat for not rich. They claim that if meat becomes more expensive, animals are better.

But if pig does not pay more than €5 but €15, it is guaranteed that the pig does not pay for it, that goes away as a trading margin and for the tax office, and the farmer also receives exactly nix.

See T-shirts and co, whether you buy 69€ branded goods or pay 2€ at Grabbeltisch, neither the closer nor the environment notice the difference. On the contrary, the more expensive the worse the whole.

It is more about meat consumption being too high as a whole.

If we were to eat less meat, we wouldn’t have to go to mass livestock.

Of course, you can argue about whether the price is the right set screw.

If the German would no longer eat meat, half of the mass animal husbandry would not even be gone, which stand to be killed as a feed for dog and cat.

And we export 50% of our meat produced abroad. It is not produced a piece less.

I am more likely to forbid the madness of pet(study) and to reduce the consumption of meat of people, the goal is reachable in a short time

Yes, and if we can reduce this by half, it is also a goal.

Overall, the need for meat is just too high.

No, meat is not too cheap per se
