Bringt das keinen Erfolg, könnte man sich auf der Nutzeroberfläche des Routers anmelden um zu sehen, was er so treibt. Oft verraten auch die LEDs des Routers etwas.
Bekommt der Router keine Verbindung, alle Kabel sind aber angeschlossen und der Router läuft, dann wäre eine Störungsmeldung bei eurem Internetanbieter sinnvoll, entweder Online oder per Hotline.
Bei der Telekom wird man in der Hotline nach Angabe der betroffenen Festnetznummer bei einer bekannten Störung automatisch informiert. Außerdem kann bei der Online-Störungsmeldung auch eine Leitungsüberprüfung bis zu eurer Telefondose durchgeführt werden – vollautomatisch.

When I came back, the internet was working again, and five hours later I received a text message saying the problem had been resolved. I checked my router to see that the problem had lasted between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and after that everything worked fine again. This year, I had a problem. After getting up, I noticed it and checked my router to see that nothing had been working since 7:38 a.m. I called the Vodafone hotline, reported the problem, and received a ticket number via text message. Four hours later, the internet was working quickly and without problems, and three hours later I received a text message saying the problem had been resolved.
So, call your internet service provider and report the problem. Only then can they fix it. Waiting is no good.

Ihr habt die Störung gemeldet? Und ein Ticket eröffnet und keine SMS bekommen? Die Störung wird ja nicht abgestellt, wenn du anrufst, sondern kann ein paar Stunden dauern.
Das haben wir gestern Abend schon gemacht, aber sie haben nur gesagt, dass momentan eine Störung ist. Aber jetzt geht es soweit wieder. Es wird besser
Funktioniert perfekt. Wenn du in einem dicht besiedelten Gebiet wohnst, liegt es sicher daran, dass es Wochenende ist und viele streamen, da kann es überlastet sein.
Ansonsten mal den Router neu starten, oder beim Anbieter anrufen.
