Is the temperature drop from 6 pm to 7 pm within an hour realistic? Today's weather is from today, and it's currently 30 degrees here just after noon.

Yes, when a cold front passes through. But then there are also severe weather events.
A thunderstorm is enough to lower the temperature by 10 degrees.
If the thunderstorm is triggered by cold air moving beneath the warm air, there may be more.
