Is this possible on Steam?
I'm in a family group, I play a game like this and it's not mine. If I buy the DLC, would it work even though the game is only in the family and the DLC is mine?

I bought Dead Rising 4 today through Instant Gaming. I activated the code on Steam as usual. Everything worked, but the download is taking an extremely long time. Even though I have a 200k connection, I'm downloading at 7kbit per second. When I load another game, it downloads at 15mb per second. What can I…
It almost goes without saying that I'm asking this question because I don't want to buy GTA but rather an account with GTA on it to save money
Hello, According to the Fritz Box and PC I have a 400mbps download but in the Epic Games Store and on Steam and everywhere else I only get about 5-6 mbps and yes I know that's bytes and not bits but isn't that still not much?
Hello, I got a game from Steam that has DLC in it, but one character was removed. Now I had the idea of getting a game CD that has it in it and I'm wondering if I will keep my other stuff and my progress?
If you uninstall CSGO, will all Steam data be deleted (skins, game hours, achievements)?
There's a sale going on at Epic Games right now, and it's pretty good. I have €15 to spare. You can use a €10 voucher on a game that costs over €15, so the question is, which game would you recommend? (I'd prefer games with a good story or combat)
No, it doesn’t work.
DLCs are usually tied to the main game and must be purchased on the same Steam account that owns the game. As you only share the main game through the Steam family library, it doesn’t really belong to you – and you can’t buy or use DLCs for it.
If you want to use the DLC, you should buy the main game yourself. Alternatively, the one who owns the main game would have to buy the DLC on his account, then you could use it via the family library (if the game even supports DLC sharing – not all games do that).
Thank you
