It's not the brown spots, they are completely normal for this palm, no pests

Other possible causes include: too much sun, too low humidity, waterlogging, lack of fertilizer…

The spots are species-specific, therefore not a problem.

Otherwise, there are many possibilities: lack of water, waterlogging, lack of fertilizer, too little space in the pot, scale insects…

Not visible in the pictures
