Is this normal, what should I do about it?

Hello folks

I have a question for you and need/want your serious answer.

In the morning (around 6am) I often eat muesli, homemade and without sugar, about 200g, followed by two pieces of fruit.

During the day I eat nothing or hardly anything, I'm used to it and I don't really feel hungry.

In the evening there is food again.

But whether it's morning or evening, I always eat fairly large portions, especially in the evening. Here are a few examples: 600g salmon fillet with 1000g potatoes, a whole grilled chicken with 300g rice (dry weight), 400g schnitzel with 300g couscous or bulgur (dry weight)… Or pancakes made with 1l milk and 425g whole-wheat flour and 4 eggs.

I could eat that amount in the morning, too. I'm a farmer, 40 years old, 167cm tall, and weigh 61kg.

Could this be due to the long breaks between meals? Or what do you think? I eat vegetables, fish, grains, etc., and I also try to eat whole-grain bread/pastries and the like.

What do you think? They're a bit large portions, aren't they? But somehow I don't feel as full when I eat less. I can't handle regular portions at all…

So I wouldn’t say it’s normal to eat so extreme large amounts at once. do you think that you have to do that? or will your hunger only be breasted at a lot of eating or eat from one point only?

your weight to size ratio is normal and healthy. slim

I recommend you to lift and control, and not unnecessarily gigantic amounts of eat in you when you are not starving

I assume that you have to work physically as a farmer, so you don’t work because of the big portions (especially in the evening) or you have a particularly high-speed metabolism

Maybe You’ll go to dinner at noon and maybe take a snack break in the morning and in the afternoon (e.g. covered whole grain bread)

So if you don’t snack, don’t eat sweets, soda or beer during the day, I’d say the portions are just measured considering your activity.

And I even think your diet is healthier than that of average Germans.

And the long meal breaks are healthy because of insulin levels and because the cells then clean up better.

I can only advise you to eat leaf vegetables. The ballasts are incredibly important for health, cancer care and especially with red meat they help.

I honestly think you don’t need to change anything. You eat little empty carbohydrates, more protein, with the muesli also ballasts – it lacks green vegetables.

But you have much less calories than many people who eat or drink candy, because you save a lot. And that’s good.
