Is this normal for a bicycle accident?

I was cycling 3 or 4 days ago and I flew over the handlebars of my bike and fell towards my spleen and while I was flying I'm passing blood from my penis now I'm wondering if there's a connection or if I have an infection perhaps some other good information that can help you is that I also feel pain when I masturbate even though my penis doesn't look injured and my sperm turns red I just don't dare go to the urologist and that's why I'm hoping for an answer back
