Nö. Germany is a paradise for money laundering and tax evasion, because you can do everything possible here in bar and without proof. Gastronomy is often Cash Only – guess why.

The mafia loves it and it has its reason that nothing changes.

No, no, no, no. On the other hand, you can spend the excess anyway for food/fixes before you take the money that is taxed or recognized clean anyway.
