Yes, it’s scam that you have with 15J Paypal injustice used.

Identity fraud and Data falsification is that when Minors spend with fake birth date as an adult and use Paypal, although Paypal basically only from 18J is allowed.

Paypal is an international bank and the rules, terms and conditions of use of Paypal are not for fun.
Paypal can’t be lying, cheating and beating by children. The consequences follow…

Think you’ll be locked and the money can be forgotten.

He can’t get back the money so easy, but still open a buyer protection case at Paypal 180 days after the purchase.

And PayPal alone decides how to do this (mostly for the buyer).

PayPal is very good for buyers if you adhere to the rules of Paypal. For sellers, PayPal is a game with fire.

Then he has to open a buyer case, and if Paypal thinks he’s right, he’ll be wounded.

He gets his money back from Paypal, they’ll get it back from you. And the buyer must send the goods back.

But did he hear after receiving the goods he can return his money back from Paypal?

The buyer can at any time within 180 days his Buyer protection perceive – the You as a seller with Yours Fees have paid – and in this case your money (first time) would be gone.

By the way, do you know one of the biggest lies on the net?:

“Yes, I have the PayPal Terms of Use read and understood‘.
