Is this extreme hunger/traits?
Or "just" cravings when I've lost a lot of weight over several years, slowly about 1kg per month.
With others, I eat normally and roughly orient myself around them. Alone, I tend to eat less, but above all, healthier. If I'm not at home but am alone and there's plenty of food available, I devour it until I drop. Then it's almost automatic, like a trance.
I know I'll feel bad afterwards.
Are these simply binge eating episodes? Or does this fall under extreme hunger? (As far as I know, however, this refers more to the hunger of anorexics in recovery, and I wouldn't call myself anorexic.)

Can be more of recovery – recovery comes from English and translates as much as “restore”, “healing”, “generation” or “recovery”. A very important step towards recovery is to find a healthy relationship to eating again.
I am m31, 185cm tall and at 77kg. It’s like you picked up to 65kg. Then you are constantly hungry, weak and fryed when you fall below the individual lower limit. BMI is quatsch. At 5kg, one is less than average normal weight already at its limit, the other is less than 20kg. Had a BMI of 19, so according to WHO still normal weight, but was quite in the end and am now happy to have reached my healthy weight again and again. So look at weight loss within the normal range, so if you decrease even more at, for example, 1.73m and 65kg, this can already stress the body extremely.
Is that rather a craving or an extremist who is necessary?
