Doesn’t look like that for me. An ellipse is an incomplete sentence, you can google… the two sentences look completely.
“Fine good, all good”, is quoted as ellipse, because you can easily add to complete sentences. Yours look very complete.

That is enough if the speaker is older than 28

I find the sentences completely … if the verb/predicate is missing it is the easiest …
