Is this a good training plan?
So, I want to lose weight because I'm overweight, so I'm starting to work out at the gym. My question: is this a good workout plan? Do you have any suggestions for changes? Can you possibly show me your workout plan for weight loss?
Running training, stepper, boxing, jumping rope .. the other exercise where you swing the ropes .. and row .. is far more effective to lose. You still have pussies .. can combine.
the more condition you build, the more you create weights and sentences.
Well, to take off are kcal in/out important,Google, and see training plan is so basic ok, but cardio would be helpful when taking off.
