Is there no gender bias in plain language?
I just found the website of an inclusion company. They don't use gender-specific language when switching to plain language. Is that common practice?

Usually and correctly.
I think so.
Me too.
That's perfectly correct. Gender is often not barrier-free and can reduce and even limit parts of the population.
Right!
Think about yourself! Does gender make language easier? No! So it's logical that you do NOT gender in light language, right? Don't you get on it yourself? ^^
But it contradicts itself because there are also mentally disabled non-binary people
Oh. And you seriously think gender is more important to them than they can do? ^^
Right.
Again; it's about them OVERVIEW UNDERSTAND SOMETHING! Political correctness comes back to the absolute UN IMPORTANT! What is DARAN so difficult to understand?
I thought that they also want to make mentally handicapped people write politically correct
