Is there appendicitis?

Hello,

Since the day before yesterday (July 17), a friend of mine has been feeling a pressure sensation about two finger widths below his belly button, along his entire length. There's no pain when pressure is applied to the lower right abdomen. But appendicitis usually starts in the middle of the abdomen.

However, there is no pain, not even when lifting the right leg. Toileting/bowel movements/eating are all normal.

He would like to wait until Monday and do some "self-research" first.
