I'm currently tinkering with my old Panasonic dmc tz36 and unfortunately one of the straps broke. Is there any way to repair it or are there replacement parts available?

Hello, as soon as I start driving my scooter and give it full throttle, the accelerator simply dies after a while, and I have to accelerate again, and then it accelerates to full throttle again. It also has such poor traction. Does anyone know what's causing this?
