Is there any bank where you can open a checking account and get more than 2.2% interest without any ongoing income?
I'm getting €4100 from a deal next week.
I would like to put it directly into a new checking account to collect interest.
But I want to withdraw the money again after 3 to 4 months.
And that's all I want to put into the new checking account. My salary or anything like that won't go there.
What's there?
Is there a bank that offers such an account and does not require a minimum monthly income to be deposited into it?
And where you get at least 2.2% interest.

At N26 you can currently believe 2.8%, with the free current account you can set up a free daily money account.
C24 offers 2.5% interest on the current account and 3% on daily allowance: https://www.c24.de/
I was totally surprised.
Why can a bank offer 2.5% to the current if all other banks give to Giro NULL? Also 3% on daily money is “high”, others only offer the first 6 months for new customers.
Where’s the hook?
