Is there actually a ban on overtaking cyclists?
From what point onwards you are not allowed to overtake? I think everyone knows that you have to keep a safe distance!

Is it a piston seizure if the motorcycle slows down while riding, stalls, and then starts again? It just stalled. It's a Yamaha DT 125.
I got my driver's license last November. I was able to park well, but the car had a rearview camera that unfortunately couldn't be turned off. So I never learned to park without it. The problem is, my parents' car doesn't have a rearview camera, so whenever I drive it, my parents have to park…
What happens if you get caught speeding and probably get a first point on your driving record? Does this all happen automatically so that I just get the notification?
Is it road legal to attach a downhill handlebar to a scooter?
How can I better estimate how far away I am from the car behind me (without a camera)? It's fine to the front and not a problem, but I only learned to do it with a camera and therefore can't do it very well in the rear.
Hello, we bought a used car from a dealer in May. After less than 1,000 km, the warning light came on, saying the brakes were at their limit and one of the power windows wouldn't lower. Is this a warranty issue? I told my husband he should have written a letter to the dealer immediately…
Since – I mean 2020 – a new traffic sign applies to cyclists. If this is set up, an overtaking ban will apply where it stands. Otherwise there is an overhaul ban only for motor vehicles. At least I don’t know anything else.
Whenever you can’t overtake, especially due to the prescribed side distance (1.5m inside, 2m outside) and whenever it is prohibited by the traffic sign 277.1.
This side distance applies to cars that overtake cyclists….not to cyclists who overtake other cyclists.
When meant when cyclists are not allowed to overtake other cyclists you are right. Then I misunderstood the question.
Overtakes a cyclist another cyclist, is a safety distance of one meterbetweenthe bodies of the driving – notbetweenthe handlebars – sufficient.
The place has to be there, becauseparking carpassing, must:sufficientDistancehold. There’s a half-meter when passing.
Otherwise, the solid line forbids overtaking. And on a designated cycle path as well as a wheel track brushed on the road, you cannot observe the predetermined side distances… so the overtaking is virtually impossible.
– ‘overtaking ban’
– solid line
is this also true for cyclists?
No, The Overtaking of motorcycles without sidecars, mofas, trams and non-motorised vehicles is allowed.

If there is a general ban on overtaking.
Then multi-track motor vehicles must not be overhauled
