Next time you have an antivirus and a little more brain if you don’t know if a program is dangerous or not. Windows Defender is completely sufficient for such purposes.

In a Trojan, however, I would try to get the virus halfway away with an antivirus, make backup of your files (better you already have one) and reinstall it (format hard drive and reinstall operating system, etc.).

Google just, if you have no idea how it works.
