Is there a guarantee on a sweater if the print comes off?

I ordered a hoodie from a fairly well-known streetwear brand around May of this year. Unfortunately, the print on the hoodie is coming off, even though I haven't washed it often and have always followed the washing instructions. I then contacted support and asked them to send pictures of the hoodie. They then told me they'd send me a new one.

Unfortunately, the sweater was no longer available, so I didn't receive one after all. The sweater is now available online again, and I contacted the support team again. But now they're saying it's not possible for me to receive a new one, even though I was promised one. What's the legal situation? Am I entitled to a new sweater, a warranty, or something similar?

thanks in advance

If you have the written proof that you have a new sweater and you have not got it, then that’s not okay, but much you can’t do it and whether you’re worth taking any legal action at all, I’m skeptical. By the way, there is no guarantee. I suspect that this is simply due to the low quality overall.

No manufacturer must give warranty. This is a voluntary service.

But you have warranty claims against the seller. If he is not in the EU, the enforcement of claims will probably not be easy or economically sensible.
