Is the table correct?

Hello, is this table correct?

I'm asking because I'm really confused because many sites say that if you're 170 and weigh 71kg, for example, you're overweight or that 160 and 45kg is normal weight.

Can someone help please

The table is size and BMI:

20 (normal), 25 (overweight), 30 (obesity = severely overweight). I lack BMI 18 (slender) or BMI 15 (underweight).

From this, the table fits because it is only about the BMI, without considering age or stature.

Depending on the age, you'd have to adjust it.

71 kg at 170 cm are of course a bit much and 45 kg at 160 cm are quite slim.
