Is the SSD the problem?
For some time now, my PC has been having problems starting up.
Taskbar frozen.
Browsers don't work. Everything that requires internet access. The internet is displayed, but it doesn't work. The router is fine.
When I restart, I sometimes have to force the shutdown. Sometimes several times until everything works again.
Only after I started it in Safe Mode, where everything worked, and then restarted, did everything work again.
I have updated all drivers.
CrystalDiskInfo says the SSD the system is on has 35% integrity, but it's good. I can't find any errors with the Windows CheckTool either. The PC is a little over 2 years old.
Errors it shows me in the event log are:
- 0x801F0013: The desktop AppX container for the package Microsoft.YourPhone_1.23092.151.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe cannot be created because an error occurred while configuring the runtime.
- The explorer.exe program version 10.0.19041.3693 has stopped interacting with Windows and has been closed. Check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel for more information about the problem.

Just had 2 days without errors and now it's starting again.
Don’t have to be.
A data carrier can also have it behind with inconspicuous SMART values.
Nevertheless, what did you do with the SSD? 😲
I’m sure I have five years in operation, I have div. Recoverys of backups on it and wear regulation is only 84 %
Basically, problems with the memory – whether RAM, HDD or SSD have “lusty” unstable effects on the system.
0x801F0013 indicates a corrupt registry.
The perfect time to use the backups of the system data carrier, which we hope to have been created quickly and regularly.
Try the command sfc /scannow that scans the system files and exchanges them, should they be faulty.
Also see if you can make Windows updates if don’t go back a version and update again.
Scannow is basically a good recommendation.
Only with an error that points to a corrupt registry with an SSD that, for what reasons, shouldn’t be put too much hope on it.
But it worth a try.
With such a problem, I would secure data and reinstall Windows. And then just let Windows run if it works as usual before you do other software on it. Then you also have such problems with hanging taskbar, etc.
Integrity of system data checked?
It looks like the operating system is blew. Don’t think it’s the SSD. Such a part goes according to my experience, or it does not work in a system at all.
This fact confirms my theory. Also the fact that, according to error proticoll, an elementary program like the Explorer crashes.
Instead of getting around on a corrupt system forever and finally getting annoyed and frustrated that it doesn’t run clean (and it’s almost always running out with as serious problems as with you), I would recommend you to secure your personal data as long as the thing is still running halfway and reinstalling operating system and programs. This goes much faster, and the system is running fast and stable again.
I see the problem primarily in Windows. That’s not happening to Linux.
My devices have been running on Linux for years without interference.
