Is the sentence formulated correctly?
I just called xy and told her that September 3rd wasn't a good time for us. I suggested September 4th and 5th. She'll get back to me later today with the dates.
I have to write a note about the phone call. Is that correct grammatically?
Here is a small improvement (in my opinion).
I called xy and shared you with that of the 3rd September doesn’t fit us. I therefore proposed to her on 4 and 5 September. She will be in the course of the day with regard to: the dates to report to me.
I don’t know how your teacher or teacher wants it. I have learned how to avoid shortcuts in formal texts. But the grammar fits.
There’s too much way in there. Nails with heads would be better:
I also called xy and told that the 3rd. September not Fitted. I therefore proposed to her on 4 and 5 September. You the in the course of the day contact me for the dates.
The conjunctive fits, after all, it’s an indirect speech. Or am I wrong?
I’m not a German teacher. But the possibility suggests that it could be that way and that way. This is appropriate if you are definitely not sure yet. In this context, however, I think it is essential that an appointment be found.
Okay, if you see it like that.
However, the questioner added at the bottom, he must write a note about the phone call and, as one speaks well-known in a telephone call, I guess the indirect speech is needed at the note. I am also not a teacher;)
… and shared you are with…
