the power supply is easy. Also the 650 Watt version would be enough here. Make a compromise and take the 750 Watt version and is good.

This is also a real high-quality power supply – so no Böller where 850w is on it, but the power supply cannot deliver it at all.

Nvidia recommends for the RTX 4070 650 Watt power supply as minimum.
With 850 this should actually fit, the remaining components do not take so much away.
