I filled out a personnel form about two months ago. The off-site assignment was agreed upon.
I was undecided about taking another job and started this one. I canceled the other job via email.
Now it turns out that my first employer didn't deregister me and I'm therefore in tax class 6.
What can I do?

A contract of employment is created conclusively, through conclusive action. there are very few types of contracts that must be written.

There was everything like working time, day of the start, my account number, pay etc., but I didn't get anything and also didn't get a real contract or sign it!
