Is the personnel form binding?

Hello, my dears,

I filled out a personnel form about two months ago. The off-site assignment was agreed upon.

I was undecided about taking another job and started this one. I canceled the other job via email.

Now it turns out that my first employer didn't deregister me and I'm therefore in tax class 6.

What can I do?

point out the old AG again and also announce ORDERLY. by email, this is not permissible.

A contract of employment is created conclusively, through conclusive action. there are very few types of contracts that must be written.

In § 2 NachwG, it is stated under para. 1:

The employer shall, no later than one month after the agreed start of the employment relationship, lay down the essential contractual conditions in writing, sign the contract and hand it to the employee. '

You have most likely concluded a contract of employment, because filling out the personal sheet indicates that.
