Is the land value different for each floor?
Hello, I still have to fill out my property tax return with Elster. My neighbor, who has already completed it and lives below me in the exact same apartment (layout, size), copied his Elster form and gave it to me. I have most of it myself, but I think it's quite useful for comparison.
Now my question is, is my land value different from his? I live on the first floor and he lives on the ground floor. Are there differences depending on the floor?
I can't call the property management until next week (I'm on vacation).

The ground and ground is always on the ground floor.
Even if your apartment is 1. It is not in the air, but also on the same floor and floor as an apartment on the ground floor.
Listen to me, I know, but that's the real reason.

Okay, thanks
please
The ground level is the same for the entire plot. However, there may be differences in the data for the tax return. In the case of a condominium, it is not possible to enter the total area of the property in Appendix 2, but only the proportion corresponding to the share of rent property.
The ground alignment value relates to the land piece and the same is known not located in any floor.
No, the "ground" remains the same, no matter what floor the property is
No, it's independent of the floor.
