That depends a little on how you define it. Our ecosystem is very fragile; there's never really a situation where something in it is n't threatened. But our planet is constantly going through changes. Be it ice ages, devastating meteorite impacts, or extreme weather conditions. Just because one species disappears doesn't mean that life in general is in danger. From the perspective of the endangered species, that's not so good, of course, but from the planet's perspective, it's just normal business. There is no man-made catastrophe that could wipe out all life on Earth. Something far greater would have to happen. There will always be survivors, and life will always recover.

Weltweit ist die Umwelt aber durch vieles in Gefahr zb Textilindustrie, monokulturen zb Ölpalmen, Verkehr , Bauprojekte , Müll und Kippen , illegaler Handel mit seltenen Arten auch Sonar und Lärm im Meer, Verschmutzungen ,Wilderei, Raubbau für Handyrohstoffe, usw
