Is the Elster online entry of special expenses correct?

I have a question regarding my tax return, which I want to submit online via Elster this time. For example, with my previous program, I always had to declare special expenses at 100%. The deductible portion (eg, two-thirds of the expenses, up to a maximum of €4,000 per child, for services related to the care of a child belonging to the taxpayer's household, etc.) was then automatically deducted. How does this work with Elster itself?
