Is that weird?
Well, most teenagers have Snap and Instagram and such. I'm 15 and don't have either yet. Because my parents forbid it, even though they have it themselves. 💀
It's always weird when other people ask me if I have Snap or something and I say, "Yeah, no, I'm not allowed to." Because I'd just like to snap with other people and post photos on Instagram. But oh well.
Anyone else who doesn't have Snap or anything? (This question is more aimed at teens)

am 16, female and have neither Insta nor Snapchat for the same reason (TikTok neither. My parents don’t have it, and I don’t want Snapchat either. It’s a little different with Insta. Until recently, I didn’t want to have an Instagram, but I found out that my cousin, my whole friends and my Crush Insta have and upload stuff that I would really like to see. I would also like to upload something for my friends, but my only option is the WhatsApp status and that will find many outdated 😕
Many find it funny if you don’t have an insta and snap, but I don’t think it’s bad. Just a bit of a pity when you’re asked for it and would really like to have given this person his insta, which is not possible.
Overall, however, the platforms are somehow unnecessary, which is why I am not trying to persuade my parents. I’m way too much on the phone.

Ne, I don’t find “weird”. I myself (I am a little younger – a year approx.) also have no Snapchat, Insta and all the rest. All right, Snap, I had just downloaded because there was someone who asked, but actually I deleted it right away.
So certainly not weird, there are enough other young people who cannot have it! (I can’t even…)
There are also many arguments against Snapchat and Instagram. Maybe you should deal with it and be glad you don’t have it.

Of course, that your parents don’t explain it rationally and think it’s hard to understand. Just as they probably consume alcohol and smoke and you don’t.
I (17) have neither Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok nor the like, because it seems to me unnecessary.

I (16) have no social media, I watch YouTube through the browser. My parents don’t forbid it, but I don’t know if they allow it, I’m afraid that it hurts me mentally (search/self-doubt) I’m the only one in the circle of friends that doesn’t, but that’s actually okay, many I see in school, and with the others I write about WhatsApp

I (16) have neither Insta, Sc and TikTok. It’s not because it’s not my parents, it’s just because I don’t see any great benefit in it.

Hi, I don’t think it’s weird myself. I use Instagram myself but I don’t use Snapchat and TikTok because I don’t find these two platforms so good
