Your SSD can only save as fast as it gets data.

With nearly 10 Mbit/s download, a RAID SSD server can write the data only with just 10 Mbit/s.

And on the picture, the SSD does exactly that. He doesn’t blame.

I think it’s more like your Internet that’s fluctuating very strongly between 10 and 50 mbits. If you want to know if your ssd is okay, download crystal disk info and see how much percent it is still good. And look for a benchmark for the ssd and compare the speed with a data sheet from the internet to the ssd.
