Politicians' posts on Instagram "always" get 30 comments, all of them positive, while on Twitter/x, there are 300 comments, all of them negative. Is the community different, or are comments deleted here?

I reported someone on Telegram their message "trade xp" and then clicked "Child Abuse." Will the message be forwarded to the police, or will Telegram just block private messages? What does Telegram do with such reports?
