Yeah, that’s bad if you don’t feel hungry anymore. Especially if this is not only a few days but also weeks or months. Because your body simply needs a certain amount of food and therefore calories to work at all.

Accordingly, you should go to the bottom of why you have no feeling of hunger at once. And then you should do something about getting it back and be it because you’re not hungry

If you do the longer time, it’s really not healthy
