Is that a lot for one day?

I got up in the morning, went shopping for something and moved around a bit

When I got home I lay in bed and slept until 4:20 p.m.

I put a pack of 9-piece Piccolinis in the oven and ate them. Then I also had my first drink: a Capri Sun Orange.

Shortly afterward, to get some more calories in, I ate half a roll and a Kinder Hippo. But I was full by then, so I drank another 200ml Capri Sun Orange. Yeah, that's it. Do you think that's a lot? What do you think?

No, that’s not much, and that wasn’t healthy either. You drank too little. So conclusion: unhealthy and much too little ate and much too little drunk and also only unhealthy.

This is all unhealthy, sugary stuff. Then the few movement… so every day you shouldn’t do that.
