Is pizza bad for losing weight?
I've been watching my calories for 1.5 weeks now to lose weight. Today, however, I ate a pizza (homemade) and wanted to ask if it's bad to have a calorie surplus once in a while. I also do strength training three times a week.

Pizza doesn’t mean excess…. You can only eat McDonald’s and take off. It’s not a bad thing, it’s been a couple of hours/days depending on the calories.

Don’t be too strict with you. It counts the entire diet and sometimes making exceptions is really not bad.

If you eat a pizza once a week, you still take off.
The overall balance is crucial. A day doesn’t matter.
