No, for several reasons.

  1. No interest. Ideally, inflation is only 1% better than nothing.
  2. Paypal is known for problems sometimes the account including locking money on it. Is there some "how do I come to ask my money." Risk is likely to be significantly lower in the traditional bank.
  3. Paypal is there to pay, similar to the Giro, the risk is quite high that you spend the money what is there. A separate account or other investment from which you can not pay is less susceptible to "oh I have x € then I can also buy y".

Putting money on an account and lying there is always a bad idea.

The money is eaten by inflation and a few percent less value each year.

A market-covering ETF would have been the most sensitive of the last 40 years.

If you ever help not to spend the money, it's better than nothing. It's not going to be better, but it's just losing value.

Look for day money accounts with good conditions. You can also look directly at ETFs. This is not as safe as a daily money account, but for example a World ETF is already quite sure.

Is PayPal good for saving?

No

I like to save money there, which I want to save for the future

And why are you doing this? Paypal is not meant for it and you don't get more money.

If you want to keep it safe, put the money on a daily money account (eg up to 4%). If you are more risky, invest it in securities

I have paid €1,300.00 today and have to leave in front of them.

Your decision. In my opinion, stupid

Is this safe and well suited?

No

Then you're lying around at home, which is actually the most stupid of all the possibilities.
