Is my roommate having panic attacks because of me?

Hello, we are in a nursing home and one of our roommates was recently admitted because of heart pain and panic attacks, but the panic attacks did not return while she was there and away from the home.

Her boyfriend says it only happens when he wants to leave again and he doesn't know if she does it on purpose or if there's something wrong, but oh well…

We discussed for a few weeks, and then I distanced myself because I noticed things about her, like gossiping about people she actually likes, and so on.

However, we've been in contact again since today, and then she texted me saying she was having another panic attack. I find it very strange, considering I've always heard that she hasn't had one since then, and suddenly she's back today.

It sounds crazy but I ask and blame myself for being toxic to her and for causing her to have panic attacks.

I don't know why either, but could that be?

As an ex borderline, I guess that's where I'll trigger your own near distance problems.

Generally, I advise you to delimit yourself from people who do not do well – you are not responsible for their lives.

No – I fought hard for my healing for 10 years and defeated the shit.

yes complex and long-term … there are often lacking financial resources _ and it is easier to say "BL is not curable" _ as "the health insurance does not pay."

Because many therapists simply don't know enough and have experience with such a hardcore diagnosis and 2. Because it costs a lot of money – and it's more convenient to say "unfortunately healable" than "no one takes the cost for it … "

Here you will find all my way to cure borderline
