Is meat still edible?

Hi,

I thawed ground beef overnight in the refrigerator. Then, about 11 hours ago, I brought it into the kitchen at room temperature. I was prevented from cooking it. Can I still use the meat now (in a farmer's casserole)?

Yes, you can still use it tomorrow, but tomorrow is also necessary. Not the day after tomorrow.
