Is it very difficult/expensive to become a hunter?

I'm interested in it, but I don't have a lot of money or time, so I would like to know how much money/time I need to make it worthwhile.

I would rather do it as a "bigger hobby" rather than as a profession.

More or less 3.2 k for the hunting license 600 for the gun cabinet 2k for the weapons 300fud the approvals 400 for the liability and then the hunting area itself
